Stem and Spore

Welcome to Stem and Spore, where we believe mushrooms are pretty fun guys!

We grow fresh, gormet oyster mushroom varieties right here on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Each and every step is lovingly processed on our farm using our very own hands. We carefully nurture every batch, from liquid culture to shroom to provide only the best in freshness, flavour and goodness
