What started off as foraging for various mushrooms in our early days together, sparked an idea - why not grow these little beauties ourselves?
Our fascination and love for mushrooms has only grown since. We've taught ourselves every step of mushroom cultivation, from liquid cultures, agar, grain, growing blocks and finally, fresh mushrooms
It's a little treat watching these tiny mycelium strands, become a huge cluster of truly delicious mushrooms, it feels magical every time.
We've now spent over a year learning, experimenting and refining what we do so we can supply our community with products we're genuinely proud to stand behind.
Everything is grown in small batches by hand, with every liquid culture, grain bag, growing block and crop checked along the way to make sure we're putting out products we are happy to call ours.
